This course is derived from ASME PCC-1-2022 Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly, Appendix A (PCC Case 103) training and qualification of bolted joint assembly personnel.

This course is derived from ASME PCC-1-2022 Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly, Appendix A (PCC Case 103) training and qualification of bolted joint assembly personnel.
The course will deliver the Level 2 academic training curriculum topics and concepts from Table A-2.1-1 of Appendix A to include performing pre-assembly, assembly, and manual torque tightening of bolted flange joints.

ASME PCC-1-2022 Appendix A - Powered Equipment Endorsement Training
This course is derived from ASME PCC-1-2022 Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly, Appendix A (PCC Case 103) training and qualification of bolted joint assembly personnel.
The course will deliver academic training relevant to the Powered Equipment Endorsement curriculum within A-2.3-1 of Appendix A, covering bolted flange joint disassembly, assembly and tightening procedures using powered torque and bolt tensioning equipment.

This course is derived from ASME PCC-1-2022 Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly, Appendix A (PCC Case 103) training and qualification of bolted joint assembly personnel.
The course will deliver academic training relevant to the Heat Exchanger Endorsement curriculum within A-2.4-1 of Appendix A, covering heat exchanger joint disassembly, assembly and tightening techniques using hydraulic torque and bolt tensioning equipment.

ASME PCC-1-2022 Appendix A - Special Joint Endorsement Training
This course is derived from ASME PCC-1-2022 Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly, Appendix A (PCC Case 103) training and qualification of bolted joint assembly personnel.
The course will deliver academic training relevant to the Special Joint Endorsement curriculum within A-2.5 of Appendix A, covering clamp connector and compact flange disassembly, assembly and tightening techniques using hand and hydraulic torque equipment.
